In the occasion of a meeting for international premium clients of the international consultancy firm in
Berlin, zeitgemaess designed and ran a signature evening event in the basilica of the Bode Museum in
Berlin, as well as a sightseeing programme in Potsdam the day before.

One major challenge we faced were the strict rules issued by the museum’s management regarding
the organisation of the event. From the stipulated lux strength for the lighting to the on-site food
preparation and the fact that we were not allowed to serve red wine (so as to protect the museum’s
valuable floors and works of art), the organisational hurdles were as unusual as the event’s
breathtaking setting.
